PiYo is a great total body workout that uses your own body weight to sculpt and lengthen your muscles. It builds upper body, lower body, and core strength like no other and there is an amazing cardio component as well. This program is excellent for athletes, particularly runners and cyclists, who need flexibility in their quads, glutes, hamstrings, and hip flexors.
