I have been an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer since 2009 and a group fitness instructor since 2007. I want to share my passion for fitness with you, help you make a change in yourself, and be the best version of you.
How does this all work? Well, first we meet up and chat face to face over coffee. At this meeting I interview you and gather as much information about you as I can. I ask you about your goals not only for fitness, but for other areas of your life. I ask you about your current workout situation, nutrition, sleep etc. I write all of this down and we talk about the big picture. From there, we decide on days and times that work for you for training. Most folks work out with me at least twice a week for consistency and accountability.
As far as nutrition, I have lots of resources for that. I am a huge fan of the 21 Day Fix and Shakeology for weight loss. This program will help you control your portions, make healthy food choices from a large variety of foods, and load you up with nutrition from the Shakeology.
Lastly, we will keep track of your progress each week if you prefer to weigh in or check your body fat composition.
If you have a friend or two interested in working out as a group, I will work with both or all of you and you can split the cost! I can't think of a better way for added accountability when your friends are cheering you on!
