Don’t Risk Your Future-Pass Your Military PFT with Confidence

If you’re a student in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets with a contract to enter military service or anyone looking to serve in the military and you’re worried about passing your Physical Fitness Test (PFT) or Physical Readiness Test (PRT), you are not alone—and I can help.

As a military spouse and certified triathlon, strength, and marathon coach, I’ve spent years training active duty military service members and future officers on bases across the country. I know exactly what it takes to help you pass—and even exceed—the minimum standards required by your branch. I’ve helped other cadets just like you improve their run times, build upper body strength for push-ups and pull ups, and develop the mental and physical stamina needed to pass with flying colors.

Failing your PFT or PRT can mean more than just a bad day. It could mean losing your scholarship, your spot in a desired unit, or delaying your career progression. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Ask for help now- you’ll be glad you did.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. If you’re struggling to meet the standards—or just want to make sure you’re more than ready—I’m here for you.

What I Help With

  • Run Time – Shave valuable seconds off your 1.5 or 3 mile pace using proper form, pacing, and interval workouts tailored for the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, or Air Force fitness standards.

  • Push-Ups – Build upper-body endurance with form-focused training designed to help you complete more reps with less fatigue.

  • Pull-Ups – Whether you’re starting from zero or want to increase your max, I’ll guide you through proven progressions.

  • Sit-Ups/Planks – Core endurance is often overlooked—but it’s essential for scoring well on your test and preventing injury. I’ll show you how to strengthen and stabilize your core.

  • Rucking (for Army/Marine options) – If your career path includes ruck marches, I can help you prepare with smart weight-load progression and pacing drills.

  • Mobility & Recovery – Tight hip flexors, poor shoulder mobility, or lack of recovery can cost you reps and slow you down. I’ll help keep your body moving efficiently and safely through the entire prep process.
