I have been teaching Cycling for about 10 years now and it is a GREAT way to improve your ride, especially if you live where there are few or no hills. In this video I will show you how to properly set up your spinner bike to fit your body and give you the most "bang for the buck" on your pedal stroke. The leg settings are key! You always want to have a slight bend in that long leg and the knee should not be locked out! I always tell people to bring up their handlebars if they have not worked out in a while, recovering from injury, or brand new to indoor cycling. Experienced riders can ride with the handlebars even with the seat or higher. Check out this video and let me know what you think!
